Product Inspection Period
According to the Consumer Protection Act, you have a 7-day inspection period starting from the day the product arrives at your hands (7 days including holidays). If you need to return a product, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product and provide the following information: "Name," "Order Number," "Contact Phone Number," "Name of the Product to be Returned/Exchanged," "Reason for Return/Exchange and Photos." Customer service will assist you with the return/exchange process upon receipt of the required information.

Return and Exchange Policy
Returned products must be unopened, unused, and free from damage or defects caused by human error, with all original packaging intact (including outer packaging boxes). Otherwise, returns will not be accepted.
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
1. The 7-day inspection period has expired.
2. The product has been opened and used, or damaged due to human factors, such as dirt, malfunction, damage, wear, scratches, or stains.
3. Minor creases on the outer packaging box that do not affect the quality of the product itself.
4. The return product packaging is damaged or incomplete, or the invoice/accessories are missing.
5. Malicious or excessive returns.
6. Requests for returns/refunds due to personal reasons. If you reorder the same product, returns/refunds will not be accepted again.
Return Process
1. Contact customer service.
2. Confirm eligibility for return/exchange.
3. Prepare the complete product and invoice.
4. Provide the receiving time, contact information, and address.
5. The logistics company entrusted by us will handle the collection.
Refund Information
- For credit card payments: Upon successful return, the amount will be refunded directly to the original credit card account.
- For cash on delivery payments: Upon successful return, the refund will be transferred to the bank account you provided.
